Gluten Free Cream Tea
We all need a treat now-and-then and we think a gluten free cream tea might hit the mark.
The response from our hunt for gluten free fish and chips was amazing - thanks everyone!
This led us to embrace what was left of the summer and focus on searching for another very British speciality, gluten free cream tea.

Nairn’s new gluten-free biscuit breaks
Nairn’s new gluten-free biscuit breaks taste so good you wouldn’t know they were gluten-free - or 47 calories per biscuit!
Available in handy pouch packs they are easy to carry in your bag for a mid-morning or afternoon snack on the go.
Like the rest of the Nairn’s range, the biscuits are made with pure, wholegrain gluten free oats, so they are high in fibre and safely gluten free.
The biscuits come in two flavours, oats & syrup and oats & fruit, and can be found in the Free From section at Tesco, Waitrose and Asda.
